2021
The turning point
A moment that sparked a mission
What began as a personal effort to help someone in need became a defining moment. After raising funds to support a vulnerable individual, a breach of trust led to the loss of those resources.
Instead of walking away, this experience revealed a deeper need for transparency, structure, and sustainable impact in community support.
TCII was born from the decision to build something accountable, intentional, and community-driven.
2022
Building with intention
TCII is officially registered
On July 5, 2022, Think Create Innovate & Invent (TCII) was formally established.
With a clear commitment to accountability and long-term impact, TCII began developing initiatives focused on:
- Health awareness
- Education
- Food insecurity and essential support
2023
Taking action
First outreach efforts begin
TCII initiated its first structured outreach efforts, engaging communities through education, awareness, and youth-focused initiatives in the South-West Region.
These early efforts laid the foundation for consistent and scalable impact.
2024
Expanding community engagement
Projects deepen and diversify
TCII expanded its impact through:
- Hygiene and self-care campaigns
- School-based engagement and educational outreach
- Orphanage support and community visits

2025
Growth, impact, and new projects
117 lives impacted, 8 communities served
TCII continued growing its reach and measurable impact.

Feeding the FamiliesProvided essential food support to vulnerable households through community distributions. Supported by partnerships including 150,000 FCFA, about $250, in funding and chicken donations valued at about 90,000 FCFA, about $150, alongside additional private donor contributions.
Trade & Skills WorkshopReached about 30 participants with hands-on training and financial literacy education. Four participant-led businesses were started following the workshop, demonstrating early success in economic empowerment and sustainability.
