TCII runs on time, knowledge, supplies, and shared belief, not just funding. Whichever you can give, there's a path here that fits.
Our volunteers facilitate trainings, support care and relief outreach, and accompany our team into schools across the South-West Region. Most people start with a single half-day and stay because the work is concrete and the people are extraordinary.
We work with companies, foundations, and government partners on multi-year projects, not check-cutting. The result is co-designed work with measurable outcomes, transparent budgets, and stories you'll be proud to tell your stakeholders.
We're always looking for facilitators, including engineers, nurses, designers, accountants, and entrepreneurs, to lead 1-day or multi-week workshops with our youth and community cohorts. You bring the expertise; we handle logistics, venues, and curriculum scaffolding.
Our communities don't need everything we have. They need specific things, in good condition, on time. We keep a running needs list so you can give exactly what gets used. Drop-offs in Buea; for shipped donations, we coordinate logistics.
Most of our partners, donors, and volunteers came to us because someone they trusted vouched for us. A 30-second post, a forward to a colleague, a quote on your monthly check-in - that's how local nonprofits grow.
Every logo here represents a multi-year working relationship. Add yours to the list.
